  Many thanks to the staff! For years I've been sending my mom flowers in West Van, as I live out of the province. This Mother's Day I was feeling a little precocious and wrote on the delivery notes that whomever was delivering should give her a big hug from me...and they did it! I didn't expect this is extra little touch but it was a great surprise, thank you! Your flowers and plants are always well received. I highly recommend!

  I don't find the customer service or quality or plants to be of high quality at this store. This place is really over priced, and unlike other North Shore nurseries, like Maple Leaf just down the road and Dykhoff in North Van, they don't stand behind their products. The gardners gave me bad advice about care of a tree when I bought it there in the fall for over winter care, and then told me I did something wrong when it is sad and broken after addmittedly a brutal winter. Not even an offer for future purchases, just a too bad for you but a 'policy is a policy' to quote their email. So a $200 lesson learned though. I'll buy my plants from places that specialize in actual trees and plants, and sells good quality planta, rather than a place that sells scarves and knick knacks and happens to also sell flowers and plants.

  I call this store one of my 'happy places'. Beautiful, fresh flowers, innovative floral arrangements, unique gifts and cards, provided by terrific and knowledgeable sales personnel.

  Nice place to browse beautiful plants with good selection. A little on the pricey side, but so are many things in West vancouver.

  This is an odd review, as I didn't actually purchase any products from their store. I came in this Sunday morning - Sept 10th just in case the manager wants to check who was working ;) in a panic because I needed to print some documents and nothing else in the area was open. The two employees at the front desk were so accommodating and happy to help. I'm so grateful that I ran into West Van Florists! I don't buy flowers often but when I do, I know who I'm going to. Thank you so much!
