    Context: We purchased a very expensive patio table set with a glass table top and an umbrella. Two months after we purchased it, we heard a large crash outside and discovered that the glass table top had spontaneously combusted into thousands of sharp, tiny pieces. This occurred three days before our wedding and three hours before we were to host a large group of people at our home. Due to pure, dumb luck, we had just gone inside and narrowly avoided being sprayed with broken glass. We called The godforsaken Brick and asked them to send a replacement table top given that they had clearly sold us a defective product and given our particular circumstances. They asked for no details about the broken table or how it was broken, they just simply denied all requests and refused to replace it. Repeated, polite phone calls have had no effect. And I haven't even mentioned walking into the store to pick up our doomed patio furniture and being ignored by three employees sitting in armchairs with their headphones in.

    Recommendation: I recommend that you choose to stand for the rest of your life rather than purchase a single stick of worthless furniture from The Brick.

    We went back the following day to look if there is any other couch that we like however, when we spoke to the customer service representative they refunded us the money for the couch but charged us a higher price for the lamp and on top of that they charged us for delivery fee!! They ended up charging us almost double the amount of the initial price for the lamp. We were flabbergasted that they ripped us off for a couch we didn't get and an over priced lamp!

    Executive Summary of the Brick's position: Sorry, sir, we aren't going to replace or fix your comically expensive broken table that literally exploded for no reason and almost shot thousands of shards of broken glass into your face three days before you got married and three hours before you hosted a bunch of out-of-town wedding guests and that took two hours to clean up because we don't want people to have a positive experience dealing with us in any way presumably because we have no interest in staying in business. Please, go forth, tell everyone you know about how insanely badly we conduct business. Tell the world.

    Went to the Brick to look at beds. I just wanted to try out the beds in peace, but the salesman would not stop following us around. He asked if we needed any help, I said no, just looking. Then he continued to follow us around the entire bed display just watching us from a close distance while we tried the beds. It was creepy and made me feel uncomfortable. If I had a question I would seek you out, don't just follow people around. I liked one of the beds and would likely have bought it, if it wasn't for the salesman constantly HOVERING a few feet away. Give people space if they don't want any help!

    Such a horrible experience! We went to purchase a sectional couch in this location in which one of the salesperson lady measured after we gave her the measurements of our condo. She even stated that they do a lot of deliveries at our place for that couch and that it shouldn't be a problem. We came in and purchased this particular couch and matched it with a lamp purchase. When the delivery came the couch didn't fit!
