  So Saturday I came in at 5pm with my husband to grab a table, the first thing I was asked was for how many people, when I said 7 she said " oh, well did you book a reservation?"

  We had a really unfortunate experience with this restaurant. I wanted to bring my Husband here for his 30th birthday, there would be a total of 7 of us. I tried to place a reservation 3 days a head. I called and talked to a gentlemen who took my information and said he would put me on hold while he looked at the computer, I was hung up on. I called back and talked to young lady who said she would transfer me to a manager. I sat on hold for a few minutes and then she came back on to tell me the manager was busy but he had my info and would call me back. I never received a call back. I called again the next day and talked to yet another young lady who said she would find a manager and get this sorted out for me. I talked to a manager who took all my information again and then proceeded to tell me they don't take reservations on weekends. Why did I have to talk to over 4 different people just for someone to tell me they don't take reservations!

  Little touches like this simply blew us both away. While going to the Keg is still very much a special occasion for us, I'm definitely looking forward to returning.

  We came here to celebrate a special occasion and I had requested a note in the table as a nice little surprise. The excellent staff clearly took note as multiple people congratulated her throughout our stay, and our server eve provided us with champagne completely by surprise on the house. The food was excellent and we both enjoyed our meals, my steak was cooked perfectly and her ribs were falling off the bone they were so tender.

  The place is spacious. The decor is nice and the people are friendly. Mostly family, couples or older people at this location.

  My husband and I went for dinner, Saturday evening; we had a fabulous server; Robert. We're older and don't have the appetites that we used to and wanted to share. Robert not only did that for us; but he made sure that each half was individual and beautifully presented. He made us feel that we were important. The food was fabulous; so great to have some of the traditional menu still available. We had a great time and a great meal.

  Great ambience. Great service and one of the top compared to other Kegs. It is upstairs on top of RYU. The parking is a bit of a struggle but the food is really good. They serve fried chicken at this location but not at many others.

  I said no you guys wouldn't take my reservation, she seemed uncomfortable and looked for help but the other girls who said nothing, she then told us it would be at least a 2 hour wait with no reservation.

  Great food. Great service. Vladimir is the best waiter ever, explained all kinds of steaks & was super friendly. We had an amazing night. Suggestion: Rib Steak is to share, not every normal person may finish the dish alone :) Enjoy!

  Tip: get the triple cheese butter or olive oil and balsamic vinegar as another free option to the free bread.
