  Why can't I see any barbicide disinfectant at the stylists work station? I've walked out on a stylist who dropped her comb, because she was about to use it on my head after she picked it up.

  This location has a very limited selection of flat irons. I came from DT as this is the closest one. I was disappointed when I saw the wall of curling wands and no flat irons, but my negative review came from the blue haired girl working the floor. I really should thank her, because her lack of calling another store to find out if they had the product I wanted, I walked out in disappointment and discovered a new fave store, not a chatters.

  Got an awesome haircut here and now I finally have volume & style to my hair. My stylist gave me an awesome cut and knew exactly what I wanted. My hair feels so much more healthier than before. Will come back!

  What can you do to assure your valued clients that you are professional in your occupation? I'm not looking for free service or a discount, I'm looking for quality workmanship, because that's what I have to do to earn my paycheck, and therefore I feel that my hard earned money is worth more than the quality of services provided.

  The stylist told me that my hair was not cut even (And I didn't think so), and she said she would it for me. Now I look at my hair and I notice that one side is INCHES longer then the other. They do NOT know how to deal with curly hair! DON'T GO THERE! You WILL regret it!
