  Dan and Steve seem very bright and seem to love bikes are legit riders. They're eager to help and set you up properly. I really dug these guys and their professional attitude, which is something desperately lacking in many bike shops. Good stuff.

  Just picked up my bike this weekend and am super stoked. After originally dealing with Steve the weekend before, I was very happy with the time and patience he showed helping my husband and I pick out the right bikes for us, even though we didn't really make it easy. My bike needed to be ordered into the shop so I wasn't able to pick it up until the following weekend. This time, I dealt with Dan and was really impressed with the level of service he provided. He was super accomodating since my schedule was pretty tight and actually came in early on a Saturday to help me get set up. At no point was there any high pressure sales and I was actually talked out of buying a few things that were deemed not necessary at the time, which allowed me to pick up a few extras that perhaps were. This was one of the best retail experiences I have had in a long time!

  Went in for help regarding an insurance claim for a stolen bike and the staff was extremely rude and condescending. They treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about or asking for. I've never been treated in such a way as a customer. As a female I feel like male riders can sometimes treat women riders like we are clueless. This shop needs to teach their staff to be more patient with customers who may not know all of the terms used in the mountain bike world. I won't be using this shop for servicing from now on.
