  Service was less than what I expected from this chain store. The girl in the changing room was on her personal phone all the while I tried on clothes. There was no offer to get sizes or other styles. Lost opportunities. I had forgotten my anthro card at home. The cashier tried a couple of times but then gave up. By the time I figured out how to get the info to her she refused to try again. It was too late. It didn't impact my transaction, but it did turn me off returning to the store any time soon. Product is important. Service is even more so.

  The staff are nice. Beware there are many rude and pompous customers.

  One day I went there to return a candle which I never opened(and I also brought receipt to them). When I said I want to return the product, she replied me very impatiently, and keep saying "you can look around and find another one first, then decided to return it or not". Remember, never return anything once you buy them, because the staff in Anthropologie will be very rude to you.

  The sales are good. The regular priced items are marginally high. But the layout and things are beautiful at Anthropologie.
