  Really disappointing. The store doesn't seem to have been updated since the 80s. Even the carpet is worn and dirty. Poor selection. High prices. Why is this store even in business? I honestly wondered that. In the shoe department they never even had my size (11, not uncommon!). There are so many better places to shop in Park Royal. It's sad that a once great company now just seems not to care.

  Nice place for Christmas shopping. Just bought pretty wooden toys for Christmas tree. A lot of parking, convenient location, a lot of choices and variety of gifts to choose from. Really nice and helpful staff. One stop shopping

  UPDATE: I just bought some shoes online. I have to say that their online shopping experience is great. Easy to navigate and my purchase arrived next day without paying extra. Perfect packaging and as ordered. Their ONLINE services work !

  This is a hit and miss location. If lucky you will get help...if you are lucky; then either you get great service or you just get horrible service. We have left product that we were going to buy just because of the staff's attitude or because you just can't find anyone to charge you. The store looks messy, more so in the second floor. The store looks outdated and dark.
