  I've bought so many jewelry at that store and last night I brought my Sterling Silver earrings with round brilliant diamond to looked at cuz I had it on for 2 days n it turned partly black and the lady told me it was dirty so she took it from me to clean I ask her again why it turned black cuz I was told that there jewelry never do that. She was not happy with me.she made the other lady To Help after turning away n tell her something then the other one came n try to sell me another earrings as she's showing me the earring a guy walks in she stop helping me go to the guy. I stood there for 10 minutes while she trying to make a sale. My my not my money ever again I'm done with that store.

  If I could put 0 Stars I would.I first walked in this place about 2 years ago looking for a engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was asking questions about diamonds and the clarity carrots quality of diamonds since this was my first ring I was buying. The big girl there was pushing rings and wasn't answering my questions about diamonds I started getting mad and the Manger stepped in and tried to rescue the sale which didn't go so good. Today I went in to buy a chain for my girlfriend cuz the kid broke it the first one. My girlfriend and her were looking at chains well I was looking at the store she noticed I was looking at rings and she tried to add one on the bill an extra $500 when I looked at the price tag on it she ripped it out of my hands and offered to take 200 off didnt make sense since the ring was 500. Anyways I would not recommend buying a candy ring from this place I am glad I got my engagement ring a few doors down

  Never ever going to this place again! They are only nice when they want to make a sale! Come back for a question and you won't see the same kindness. Good thing I didn't buy an expensive jewellery in this store!

  The service is terrible. I wanted to buy a necklace for a friend and told the lady I wanted to choose the top 5 and then from there, choose the one I'm going to buy. She must have misunderstood me as when she realized that I'm only going to buy 1 out of the 5 necklaces, I could sense a negative vibe from her and she kind of gave me a scoff. I almost left saying I didn't want anything but I'm not the kind of person to do that so I did end up buying a necklace. Never going back though. All they want is to get the customers to spend as much as possible, which I get. But it's not okay to look down on someone if they only plan to go in and get just one item.
