  I had two pairs of jeans hemmed at Carousel Cleaners. A seamstress was very knowledgeable and professional, and other staff I communicated were friendly and welcoming. I picked up my jeans next day at the location of my choice. I can only speak for their alteration service at this time, but I will use their service again in future.

  I've been coming to Carousel Cleaners for many many years and was always very happy with them but I suppose a business should be rated on the times you encounter a problem and once I had one, it wasn't handled AT ALL. In fact I was completely ignored. I brought my Brand new Canada Goose jacket to have it cleaned and it was returned to me soaking wet. The feathers were all clumped. I brought it back to have it properly dried and when I got it back the arms had no down in them and the jacket is essentially ruined as the feathers were left wet too long. I called and left message after message to speak with the manager as he isn't in the store these days and nobody ever got back to me. So I have an $800+ useless coat that they destroyed. No accountability - they just hide when they ruin stuff. I'll never go there again after probably 20 years of being a loyal customer.

  UPDATE: my issue has been resolved with the cleaning company. As soon as the owner heard of my problem that I had, he was quick to make it right and I am happy to raise my rating up from the one star I originally gave him. They fixed my coat and even cleaned all nice and new as well. Let’s chalk it up to an unintentional miscommunication somewhere. Thank you Cam for looking after me. I will definitely continue to bring my clothing to you for laundering.

  Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable; dry cleaning was ready on time; great communication to let me know it was ready; and fantastic job on the product! Little bit more expensive than I would like but I do understand that is an eco-friendly service. Some folks probably don't need free pick up and drop off so it would be nice to see a price reduction if you don't take advantage of this.

  It was a fantastic first visit for me. I had a last minute formal event pop up, and a gown that needed hemming. The team was super accommodating and got the job done that day! Very impressed. We will definitely use Carousel for all dry cleaning and tailoring needs going forward.
