We loved our stay here! We have a 16 foot travel trailer and we were easily accommodated. The site was a nice level concrete pad with full hookups. The pad size was definitely not big, but not small either, just right.

The location here is simply amazing. 5-10 minute walk from Park Royal in West Van, all the shopping you could ever need/want (the photo I posted is about 1 minute from the campground on the way to Park Royal). Also, the beautiful Ambleside park is just as close. We spent an entire day walking around the beach and the park there! Of course, it is a short bus ride into downtown Van just over the Capilano Bridge. I suppose the only downside is the site almost under the bridge, so there is some audible traffic, but I suppose you'd expect that with an inner-city campground.

Highly recommended! The staff are friendly and are very welcoming. The amenities are clean and modern. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, laundry facility and a mini park for the kids. It's close to the city (pretty much in the city), so it's a bonus if you plan activities within the city. There is also a mall within walking distance.

Camped here with a tent in the summer. Lots of traffic noise but that's to be expected. Good facilities and helpful staff.

Really an ideal location for exploring Vancouver. Getting here was a bit of a pain since it’s pretty far north but once you’re here you’re set. You have quick access to downtown and you’re 10 minutes away from both Stanley park and Capilano valley and all it has to offer. As for the park, the staff and residents were very friendly. It seemed like every time we turned around at night, guests who were leaving to fly home the next day were giving us extra food they had left over. It was an excellent melting pot of adventurers. The range of the WiFi was not ideal during our stay. Only the first two rows or so away from the main building can pick it up at their campsite, otherwise you have to go to the clubhouse. And the two showers I took at the bath house after the evening rush were cold, but that was probably just poor timing on my part. There are coin operated Washers and dryers in the club house and vending machines too. There’s TV, a few couches, a cozy indoor spa, and showers in the clubhouse. There is a giant mall within 5-10 minutes walk from the site so you won’t be lacking if you forget something. Overall we’ll certainly be back!

Highly recommended. The showers and facilities are very clean. The front desk staff were great and accomodated my changes in my travel plan. It is very close to Stanley park and downtown. We plan to leave the RV here and cycle. Yes, it is more expensive than many other places, but it's minutes from Stanley Park and the real estate around here is very expensive. So this place a good deal.

Amenities at the campsite were well maintained, and very clean. The hot tub was a wonderful thing to look forward to after an entire day of waling around. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool as it was closed (off season) but it looked really nice! They do have a propane fill station as well, which is really handy.
